We mainly handle supplies for the European and North American market sourcing only the best and freshest fish. We maintain direct contact with the producers and processing plants with whom all have the necessary certification.
In addition we can supply fresh tuna via our partnership with a European company. We offer Yellowfin, Bluefin and Big Eye Tuna at competitive prices mainly from the Maldives but also from Sri Lanka and India. Our speciality is Grade A superior quality.
Fresh from Chile offer a personal yet professional service and the founder of Fresh from Chile, Yves Nivesse, was brought up in the restaurant business. At a young age, Yves was entrusted with the task of buying the best fresh fish and vegetables from the local market for the family restaurant. Years later, as an international chef his career took him all over the world working in Tahiti, South Africa, Italy, Great Britain and his homeland, France. At his own award winning restaurants and as an in-demand guest chef for a number of international personalities, Yves has always been well aware of demanding client expectations and the need to maintain consistently high standards.
